With this simple form - which you can change to have any questions on it that you like - you can ask for your guests' food preferences and collect any other information that will help you, as hosts, be able to better organize. I believe if you ask nicely, Liz might even let you put your child's voice on there giving a welcome message. We didn't think of that, but now I just did!
