Using Photos with Candles
We come to weddings, bar mitzvah / bat mitzvahs and other parties because we love
the guests-of-honor, so put them at our table. Another idea not shown: you can
make color photocopies of pictures, ticket stubs from that romantic first date
and other scrapbook items and decoupage them right onto a pillar candle!
Directions
Square Votives
- Cut square photos to fit the sides of the votive-holders. Apply decoupage medium to the
backs of the photos and smooth them right onto the glass.
Pillar Candles
- Cut little photos out to fit in frame charms.
- Thread the organza ribbon through the charm rings and tie two charms like necklaces onto
the candle, making a bow in the back. If you wish, put a dot of hot glue to secure the ribbons in position.
